Rooted in Healing: An Invitation to Come Home to You
As space-holders, therapists, healers, and caregivers—we offer healing to others every day. But how often do we pause to receive? How often do we refill our own cups, tend to our own spirit, and reconnect with our own medicine?

This Apapáchate Women’s Circle is a sacred space to do just that. Together, we’ll explore the duality we carry: the part of us that shows up for others, and the part that quietly longs for care, stillness, and softness.

In this circle, we’ll gather in sisterhood to experience:

• A grounding tea ceremony + guided meditation
• Breathwork to release emotional weight and stress
• Heart-centered platica (reflective sharing)
• A sound bath to integrate and restore

This circle is especially for:

• Therapists, counselors, healers, and wellness practitioners
• Mujeres navigating self-care, burnout, or spiritual reconnection
• Anyone curious about integrating ancestral and holistic healing practices into their lives and work

Let this be a soft landing place for your heart.
