This immersive 3-day training explores the art, science and spirit of sound healing through Gong, voice and meditation.

Across the weekend you’ll learn how sound affects the nervous system, energy body and subconscious mind  supported by hands-on practice, simple techniques, and ancient wisdom woven through modern wellbeing.
