I use reflexology (both as a practitioner and a client) to help rebalance the nervoussystem and promote feelings of physical and emotional well-being.Reflexology works by stimulating nerve endings (mainly on the feet but also the lower leg and hands), that relate to the systems of the body. I use a variety of touch, massage and energy techniques to work on connected areas, helping the body back into balance and giving it the best chance of healing itself.I treat each patient with a bespoke plan, working to calm or raise energy as needed.
