Andrea will guide you through a beautifully restorative sound journey using her Crystal Bowls & Light Language, allowing you to drift deep into relaxation and a state of healing.

While being immersed in the sound bath, Annabel will deliver 1:1 Reiki healing, further aiding your state of rest and helping you to energetically recalibrate on a deep level.

Reiki supports the bodies natural healing ability, It helps you to feel calm and relaxed, making any feelings of worry and stress much quieter.
