Join us for an immersive in-person sound experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

This intimate session combines live DJ soundscapes, gong bath resonance, and Tibetan singing bowls to guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. 

Through carefully layered sound, you’ll be supported to release tension, settle the nervous system, and access a sense of inner spaciousness.

Held in a small group (maximum 12 people), the experience offers a calm and supportive environment where you can step away from daily stress and drop into stillness. A 2 hour session offering the oppourtunity to really drop in and relax.

🍵 Optional Herbal Support with Mugwort Tea

Guests are also invited to enjoy a cup of Mugwort tea as part of the experience.

Traditionally used for relaxation and dreamwork, mugwort is associated with calming the mind, deepening inner awareness, and supporting vivid dream states. When taken before or during a sound journey, it may gently enhance introspection, relaxation, and the reflective quality of the session.

(As with all herbs, participation is optional and should be approached mindfully, especially for those who are sensitive or pregnant.)

The Space

The North Star Lodge in Whitstable features an Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) that uses scalar waves and bio-photonic light to create an environment designed to promote deep relaxation, cellular regeneration, and natural self-healing. 

Sessions, often held in a calm, meditative setting, aim to recalibrate the body to an optimal state of balance and wellbeing.

The system generates a "coherent field" using light and sound to encourage the body to enter a profound state of rest, often deeper than sleep, aiding in restoration.

The space is designed for deep comfort and flexibility, offering multiple ways to rest during the experience:

2 single beds
4 reclining armchairs
Space for up to 6 yoga mats/floor beds

You are welcome to choose whatever setup allows you to feel most comfortable, supported, and relaxed during the session. First come first served.

Charlotte Donachie is an experienced gong practitioner, shamanic practitioner, astrologer, and DJ. Hannah Chrystal is a psychotherapist, holistic practitioner, DJ, and founder of Ecstatic Dance Kent.

Together, they co-create transformative experiences and retreats, blending sound, therapeutic awareness, and intuitive practice to support deep relaxation, exploration, and connection.
