Every asana, vinyasa sequence, grip/wrap/trap on the Harrison AntiGravity®Hammock is named and taught with clear progressions. Designed by the original creator of the genre, Christopher Harrison, this course allows you to present three distinct, flowing Aerial Yoga classes.

Prior to any AntiGravity Training registration:

1. Understand and adhere to all "Contraindications".

2. Understand full participation of all training days is required.

3. Understand no guests or video recording are allowed during training.

AntiGravity® Fitness is recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a Continuing Education Provider. 

AG Aerial Yoga 1 provides the following CEUs: NASM: 1.6; AFAA: 15

Duration: 2 Days. Every training day is an 8 hour day plus 1 hour for lunch/breaks

Minimum Requirements: AntiGravity® Fundamentals 1& 2 Certification

You should have a good understanding of the body and be comfortable teaching in front of a class. Flexibility, coordination, core strength are a plus.
