Restorative Chakra Journey with Sound Healing

Together we begin with gentle breath awareness and chakra meditation, supported by the healing tones of sound instruments. You'll then be guided through a restorative yoga flow, designed to open and balance the chakras in sequence. Each posture is held for approximately 7 minutes, allowing for deep release and relaxation, with corresponding singing bowls resonating to support each energy center.

Our session concludes with an extended, gentle gong bath savasana — a truly grounding and expansive close to this deeply nourishing journey.
