All parents & contestants read the following:
*Attire/Overall Presentation:
All ages will be Formal Wear Only. Age-appropriate makeup. No flippers or hair pieces.
*Girls Divisions:
Baby Division 0-6 months, Tiny Division 7-12 months, Mini Division 13-23 months, Petite Division 2–3-year-old, Junior Division 4–6-year-old, Little Miss Division 7–9-year-old, Pre-Teen Division 10–12-year-old, Teen Division 13–15-year-old, Miss Division 16–18-year-old. *If there are less than 2 contestants per division it can be subject to be combined*
*Placements:
There will be a Winner (will receive a crown, sash, trophy & division title) 1st Runner-Up (trophy), 2nd Runner-Up (trophy)
*Optional Awards:
Each group will have four optionals. They are Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile and Prettiest Dress.

-If someone is late, no show, etc., the pageant will continue with or without all contestants.
-Once the pageant begins, each division will follow in age order with crowning after each age division.
-There is no exception to the deadline.
-You’re responsible for your own belongings. The McCrearyFest Parade Board, pageant assistants, Senior Citizens/County administration and volunteers are not liable for any lost or stolen items, injuries/accidents.
-Tables and chairs will be setup for makeup and hair. However, you MUST bring your own mirrors.
-In the event of low or large attendance in a single division the director has the right to combine divisions.
-Pageant will open to surrounding counties as well.
-Admission into the auditorium will be $5.00. Ages 2 years and under are Free.
-ALL Contestants are Free.
- There will be NO reimbursements of entry fees.
-If there is a grievance on any of the operations of the beauty pageant functions, they will be accepted in writing addressed to:                                   McCrearyFest Parade

If anyone chooses to express themselves publicly in a disrespectful manner, they will be asked to leave the school. If a contestant is involved, they can lose their privileges to compete in the future and will be disqualified if the division has not yet been crowned or will lose a title they have won from that night.

*ALL Age Groups compete in evening gown walk.
 
*Age Groups 16-19 are required to answer the questions on the google form. Answers will be read by emcee of the pageant.
*Four Optional Included in entry fee (Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Dress, Prettiest Eyes and Prettiest Smile).
*All Divisions will be judged on a basic scoring system. Judges will write the score of the contestants on their individual sheets. A tally will be made and the contestant with the highest score wins.
*Individual Score sheets should be up after the pageant. NO SCORESHEETS WILL BE MAILED or given after the pageant date.
