Winter Solstice with Shore

Join us on the beach by the crackling fire to celebrate the winter solstice and the circle of life!


As the darkness reaches it's peak we'll be shedding all that we don't need. We'll then plant the seeds of what we really want in life to grow with the light as the season changes to spring.


Join us for:

Intention setting around the fire

Yoga

Full power breathwork

Guided meditation

Optional sea dip


We will also have some extra treats around the fire to keep your inner fire burning.


What to bring:

Extra warm clothing (including hat, thick socks and gloves)

Sleeping bag / robe / hot water bottle are highly recommended

Flask of something warm to drink

Towel for the sea dippers
