We have formed a beautful welcoming and open community here at the GODDESS MOVEMENT class...you will not be sorry you joined us for this class which is essentially a mix of dance, fitness, yoga and mediataion.....BUT ...so much more !
Silvia is an expereinced Hypnotherapist and Angelic reiki master as well as Goddess Movement instructor and she brings these beuatifil elements seamlessly into class making each week an expereince rather than just a turn up, exercise and go home tyle of class !
Any woman, of any age and any fitness level can attend the class...

Wear cofy clothes and bring water. The yoga station has mats you can borrow but feel free to bring your own and blankets.
