Chef-driven and flavor-packed, this five-course dinner—crafted by our friends at Mi Sueño—features bold ingredients, seasonal touches, and perfect pairings of sweet or dry Grace Hill wines with each course.

🍽️ The Menu:
🧀 1st Course: Smoked Cream Cheese, Bacon Jam, Pickled Shallot, Thyme Crisp

🥗 Salad Course: Charred Cabbage Steak, Whipped Goat Cheese, Pistachio Crumble, Honey-Cider Glaze

🥩 3rd Course: Slow-Smoked Beef Brisket with Red Wine Molasses Glazed Mushrooms, Smoked Buttermilk Creamed Yukon Potatoes

🐟 4th Course: Seared Tuna with Tarragon Sea Salt Cream, Blistered Carrots, and Micro Greens

🍑 Dessert Course: Roasted Peach Tart with Brown Butter Crumble, Smoked Salt, and Caramel
