This two-hour guided trek will take you through the stunning trails of Snake Creek Gorge, a landscape that feels as if you've stepped into the Appalachian Mountains—yet, remarkably, you haven’t left the foothills of Georgia’s Piedmont.


As we explore this unique and mysterious ecosystem, you’ll learn about the fascinating plant life of Banning Mills, including species typically found in the Blue Ridge region. The terrain and plant communities create a unique environment, making this hike an unforgettable experience for nature lovers and curious minds alike.


After the hike, enjoy a delicious lunch at the Main Lodge. The menu will be posted soon.
