- **Event Description**: The Healing Hour, led by Cynthia Kenny, is a creative collection of rejuvenating and restorative practices. Beginning with a combination of tapping, shaking and the flow of Qigong to get the energy moving, to pranayama breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation, followed by gentle yoga poses and ending in blissful savasana.

Cynthia has held a lifetime of activity as a practitioner of dance, swimming, and gymnastics in her youth, later becoming a jazzercise instructor while raising a family. Now at 64, Cynthia's motto is, "And so much more." She still thrives in new environments, and last year embarked on a solo trip to Bali, Indonesia where she completed an intensive Yoga Teacher Training course and became a certified scuba diver. Cynthia's home practice of yoga began in November of 2023, and effortlessly blends foundational Hatha Yoga, her love of Qigong, and mindful somatic experiences in to her classes. Cynthia is also a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in trauma-focused therapy.
