Herbal Energetics: Wisdom of our Ancestors

This course introduces students to the foundations of Herbal Energetics; the traditional framework used across cultures to understand how plants interact with the human body. Togther we will explore the energetic constitution of plants such as warming, cooling, moistening, and how these qualities have been recognized and applied throught history. Students will be guided in examining their own personal energetic constitution to better understand the ways herbs can support balance while also looking at herbs in their historic usage.
