Our year-end tournament has some exciting new additions this year - check it out:

Friday night pizza around 6:30, followed by Friday social at the Kopper King - great food and some of the most “cost efficient” beverages in town!

Saturday morning child supervision from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in the aerobics room (across from the Better Bodies desk). This will be provided by two experienced babysitters who are familiar to the squash community. It is geared towards kids under 5, but older kids are welcome!

Silent auction over the whole weekend - raising funds to help improve our squash courts and spectator area. We’ve got some great auction items, including rafting trips, overnight accommodations at local cabins, merchandise from local businesses, lessons from coach Gyan, a fishing trip - and much more! 

Saturday night banquet and awards ceremony! Held at the Linda Rapp building at the Robert Service campground from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Your dinner and a drink ticket are included in your tournament registration (plus more beverages available for purchase). We’ll be announcing the league winners, club champs winners, the 2026 Marie Desmarais Award recipient, the 2025-2026 Iron Racquet Award recipients, the winner of the Golden Clipboard, and more! Don’t miss this chance to share some laughs with your squash community

Sunday noon “lightning round”. One rally takes it all! Never played in a lightning round before? Better show up and find out what the fuss is about :)

Better Bodies has given us use of the aerobics room for the duration of the tournament - hang out, bid on silent auction items, eat, stretch, play with your kids - we’ve got this space set aside for us

AGM on the Sunday afternoon at 2:00 pm (more on that below).
