Strictly Rhythm is a sober, conscious dance gathering!

The location is just 20 minutes from town on the North Klondike Highway: an open-sided barn with dance floor and large PA, perfect for dancing whatever the weather (but be sure to bring layers and water!).

This is a sober ,conscious dance: a moving meditation focused on letting go of thoughts and being totally present with the music. We therefore ask no talking on the dance floor.

We'll begin at 7 p.m. with some ambient warm up music, accompanied by some gentle stretches/Qi gong. We'll progress into some flowing, funky breaks before ramping into high gear for some joyful, hard-thumping ecstatic house.
