Nov 8th Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, un-choreographed dance practice where participants move to music without specific steps, focusing on present-moment awareness and expressing emotions through movement, in a safe, sacred, and sober environment. Our events are open to all levels and people.

Oct and Nov dances will be taking place at Centred yoga studio, 120 D industrial Rd (next to the Herbery).

Sarah was our bravest member and facilitated our very first dance back in May. She's ready to bust out her DJ skills again. Whoop whoop! Let's go!

Entry is a sliding scale: $20 (regular income), $15 (budget friendly), $25 (feeling abundant), kiddos $10
