*EVERYONE welcome! SOBER EVENT!
* Linda Rapp Building at Robert Service Campground (we will dance indoors - my DJ controller, transmitter & fingers will freeze in the cold - but you have the option to go outside with your headset!)
* Music, Movement & Facilitation will be a mix of Somatic Experiencing®, Ecstatic Dance and Boreal Boogie-ness (Somatic Experiencing® applies simple tools for nervous system befriending & self-regulation. Ecstatic Dance is a free-form dance practice to connect with our bodies and enjoy the freedom of personal expression. Boreal Boogie invites one and all to get down and dance indoors & outdoors, silent disco-style) 🎶🪩💫
