ABOUT Shauna:
For nearly 20 years, Shauna has been creating magic on dance floors as a 5Rhythms teacher, resident DJ with Dance Temple International, Embodiment Coach, and the founder of Dance Your Ability Therapeutic Movement Foundation. Her non-profit carries a beautiful mission: creating a world where everyone has access to experience joy and freedom in their bodies through their own unique dance.
Through Dance Your Ability, she’s created inclusive outreach programs for all abilities and ages, plus yearly facilitator trainings that ripple out into communities everywhere. Whether it’s virtual, outdoors, or in traditional spaces, Shauna believes that every body has its own sacred dance.
Her gift is creating space where everyone belongs, everyone moves, and everyone is celebrated exactly as they are.
