Learn to make: Very Flaky Pie Curst

We will learn to make the 'All Buttah Pie Crust' from Erin Jeanne McDowell's 'The Book On Pie'. Participants will leave the class with the skills to make the pie crust and a pie crust of their own to take home. A great big thank you to the Dairy Promotion Board and Dairy Farmers of Trempealeau County for donating the butter for this class!
This class is best for adults down to kids who can follow written and verbal instructions (upper elementary) who have an interest in baking.
This class will use butter, wheat flour, salt, apple cider vinegar, and ice water. This class would not be appropriate for those who have allergies to those foods.
