Learn How to Make Fire Cider with Local Herbalist, Shelby Kolar!

Fire Cider is a kitchen remedy with herbal and spicy vegetable ingredients for winter wellness, especially respiratory and immune support.

In this hands-on class, you’ll make your own customized jar of organic fire cider to take home and learn about the history and benefits of this home remedy.

Space is limited to 10 students. Bring a knife, cutting board, and grater along with paper and pen for taking notes. All ingredients and handouts will be provided.
