Making Herbal Mocktails for Summer

Our immune-boosting mocktails workshop was a big hit last winter, so we’re bringing you a summer version… Though the elements of play, experimentation, and learning about herbs will all still be present, we’ll be showcasing all new, summer-y herbs. All of the medicinal plants we'll be working with can serve as allies in warmer weather, with beneficial cooling, moistening, and water retaining effects.

After you hear about why we chose these herbs and how they can support you this time of year, you'll then turn to testing out flavor combinations as you design your own signature mocktail. We'll have herbal concoctions ready to mix and match, with seasonal ingredients like a tangy dandelion root & strawberry shrub, rose-infused sugar for the rim of your glass, and tart lemon balm & raspberry leaf tea.
