Lakefront Sauna Social

The Hive invites you to join us for a dynamic day of wellness on the majestic shores of Lake Michigan.

Expect the usual: wood fired sauna tents, cold plunging, movement, breath, meaningful connection and of course FUN. A space for resilient BEEings to fill their cup, get curious, support one another, and explore what's possible in an encouraging space.

As the winter months ensue, we lean in, learning to embrace what most people turn away from. Join us as we calibrate to the cold in the name of optimal wellBEEing!
