The 17th Annual Stephen Foster Old-Time Music Weekend, (Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park, White Springs, Florida) offers group and individual instruction in banjo, fiddle, guitar, plus jams and faculty concerts Friday and Saturday evening. Our faculty is composed of topflight state-wide and national talent. We are thrilled to present Andrew Small, Ashlee Watkins and Conner Vlietstra as our featured artists this year. Andrew and Ashlee are fresh from Clifftop (aka The Appalachian String Band Music Festival) where their band won first place. In addition, Andrew won First place in the fiddle competition. Their friend and bandmate Conner Vlietstra completes their power trio. Our stalwart Florida staff consists of Buz Sibley (fiddle), Michael Godwin (Mandolin and guitar) Phil Levy (fiddle and guitar), Sarah Carleton (banjo), Kevin Moran (fiddle), Mary Allgire (clogging), and Chuck Levy (banjo and fiddle).
