Body, Mind, Heart & Soul Art Journalling Classes

Info: Join us for a 4-part self discovery series in Neurographic Art and journaling. This is a gentle, intuitive drawing practice that transforms art into insight. Each session offers a unique theme to relate us to body, mind, emotion, and human connection and interconnectedness to the world around us. No artistic skills are required, just a willingness to explore.


Neurographic art is a therapeutic method of drawing that helps us transform thoughts into Freeform patterns and meandering lines to create an image that connects us to the unconscious mind. The benefits of doing this type of art journaling are as follows:

1) It releases tension, reduces stress and anxiety;

2) Smooths out negative thoughts and generates mindfulness and peace;

3) Fosters new paths to solutions and promotes creativity and problem solving;

4) Creates ‘Aha’ moments of self discovery;

5) Leads you to the wisdom you have within.


Class dates are Tuesdays - Nov 4 and 18, Dec 2 and 16 7-9pm.
