Event Schedule & Location

Location: First Mine Run

11:00 AM — Gates open for Gator & 4x4 vehicles

12:00 - Lunch is Served 

12:30 PM — First team shooting starts

3:30 PM – 5:30 PM — Happy Hour - Trophy Presentation

Pumpkin Carving All Day

INDIVIDUAL SHOOTER

Member Rate: $125

Non-Member Rate: $150

Includes lunch, shooting entry, and access to Happy Hour & Lawn activities. Individual shooters can pair with a farm team on event day.

FARM TEAM (4 SHOOTERS)

Member Team: $500

Non-Member Team: $600

Includes 4 shooter entries, lunch, and access to Happy Hour & Lawn activities for the squad.

LAWN DAY PASS / HAPPY HOUR 

Member - $25 

Non-Member - $30

For non-shooting guests. Includes afternoon lawn access, refreshments, and parent-supervised pumpkin carving for kids.

Shooter & Event Guidelines

Vehicles: Farm Teams and individual shooters are welcome to bring their own Gator or 4x4 vehicle. Gates open at 11:00 AM for vehicle setup.

Firearms: Guns are not provided—please bring your own firearm. 

Ammunition: Suggested 125 shells per shooter.

Family Activities: Children are welcome to carve pumpkins and enjoy the lawn under parent supervision.
