- **Event Name**: A Curious Collection: Sculptural Ceramics Workshop with Alanna DeRocchi
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 19 Dec, 2026 at 10:00 am – Sun, 20 Dec, 2026 at 05:00 pm (-08:00)
- **Event Description**: Join us for a two-day, hands-on workshop with ceramic sculptor and educator Alanna DeRocchi, whose work reimagines the still life through playful scale, familiar objects, and a warm sense of humor.

Alanna’s work explores themes of observation, accumulation, memory, and care, using recognizable objects to open up questions about value, desire, and attention. In this workshop, she’ll guide participants through thinking about composition, scale, and narrative, helping makers consider how individual objects relate to one another and how humor, excess, or restraint can shift the story a piece tells.
