Winter Solstice Celebration: Sun Sals & Sound Bowls

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations and Sound Bowls! This ritual is done at the turning of each season where yogis come together to set an intention for the upcoming season. Allison will guide a variety of Winter themed sun salutations to help sync your body and mind with the elements of the season. Then sink into a warm winters rest with sound bowls by Heather.
