- Yoga mat
- Bolster & two blocks if you have your own
- Journal & pen if you like to reflect and make intentions
- Comfort items (optional): crystals, tea, pillow, blanket
- Water bottle 
- Open heart and willingness to let go
 
Students can expect to leave feeling grounded and at ease--they will also leave with a goodie bag filled with a Rose Quartz crystal, a Black Obsidian crystal, Palo Santo stick, and a tea bag for your tea!
 
*Must have minimum 5 attendees registered for event*

*All sales and registration are final. All workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to workshop start date will be issued studio credit. No studio credit will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to workshop start date.*
