Join The Mindfulness Movement for a special 6-session Kids Yoga Club at Lakeaires Elementary School, offered in partnership with White Bear Lake Community Services & Recreation. This December series meets twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) and offers students in grades 1–5 the opportunity to move, breathe, and build mindfulness skills in a supportive after-school setting.

Each class includes:

?️ Breathing and calming strategies to support focus and emotional regulation

? Social-emotional learning through movement, mindfulness games, and reflection

? A warm, welcoming space to connect with peers and practice self-care

Led by licensed teacher and certified yoga teacher Tara Willits, this club is designed to help students manage holiday stress, stay grounded, and end the calendar year with calm, confidence, and connection.
