Serving up lots of Gratitude and welcoming Guests for Friday 8:30am CORE and 9:30am All Levels Yoga with Teacher Christy. After filling your bellies with Thanksgiving goodies; come fill your heart with gratitude! Friday post Thanksgiving classes will have a special gratitude theme and are open to bring a guest to class (in studio or zoom) for only $20.
