The ‘cimaruta’ is an Italian folk talisman, meaning "sprig of rue," traditionally used for protection against the evil eye, warding off misfortune and attracting luck. Join this evening workshop as we examine the history, use and application of the cimaruta. Bring your creative heart as we will be assembling a beautiful sprig of your making to take home with you. All supplies included.

Location: 185 Brock Street N., Unit #102B, Whitby (brown building on the south east corner of Brock Street and Mary Street. Parking and entrance are located behind the building. Entrance to the parking lot is off of Mary Street. My cell phone number is 905-447-1127 should you need assistance with directions – however once class has begun, I may be unavailable.

Cancellation Policy: please note that cancellation is required no later than 72 hours prior to the workshop to receive a full reimbursement. Later cancellation may result in a 30% non-refundable fee.
