Relax..breathe..flow..align. Daily Tai Chi practice will stimulate your Chi, increase your energy, strengthen your immune system & balance your body/mind/spirit. Continue to expand and practice your skills / stretching techniques, Qi Gong - the Eight Strand Brocade & the associated movements to the entire 24 Yang Simplified Form. Dress comfortably.

Location:  185 Brock Street N., Unit #102B, Whitby (brown building on the south east corner of Brock Street and Mary Street.  Parking and entrance are located behind the building.  Entrance to the parking lot is off of Mary Street.  My cell phone number is 905-447-1127 should you need assistance with directions – however once class has begun, I may be unavailable.  

Registration: All workshops must be paid in full at the time of registration. 

Cancellation Policy:  please note that cancellation is required no later than 72 hours prior to the workshop to receive a full reimbursement.  Later cancellation may result in a 30% non-refundable fee.
