This evening is a grounded, welcoming space for women to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and one another.

There is nothing to perform here.
Nothing to prove.
Just an opportunity to slow down and soften.

Held among the beauty of Tranquility Trails Lavender & Elderberry Farm, we will share ceremonial cacao, reflect under the full moon, and explore gentle sensual movement as a way to return to ourselves.

Sensual movement in this space is not about performance — it is about permission. Permission to move in a way that feels honest. To take up space if you desire. To stay small if that feels true. To inhabit your body without judgment.

Throughout the evening, you will be guided through

• A heart-opening cacao ritual
• Simple full moon intention setting
• A grounded, guided sensual embodiment practice
• Respectful sister sharing in circle
• A calming closing meditation for integration

This gathering is for the woman who is craving:

• A safe space to explore embodiment

Whether you are new to circle work or have sat in many, you are welcome exactly as you are.
