These gatherings are a chance to slow down and come back into your body, held by the land around us.

We’ll meet outdoors at Tranquility Trails, overlooking the lavender and elderberry fields in the living presence of the farm. Together, we’ll take time to settle, breathe, and reconnect — with ourselves, with the Earth, and with the quiet wisdom that lives in all living things.

I’ll gently guide you through a meditation and hold space for you to let go of anything you may be carrying that isn’t yours... old stress, emotional weight, or ways of being that no longer feel true. There’s nothing to fix or force. You’re simply invited to notice, release, and soften.

This space is for anyone longing to feel more grounded, steady, and connected to their body, to nature, and to their place on this Earth.

Last year, holding space on this land changed me. Spending time in community, in connection with the plants, animals shifted how I feel in my body and how I hold space with others. Every session I offered here left me feeling more alive, more open, and more in love with life. I’m deeply grateful to return and share these gatherings again.

You don’t need any experience. Just come as you are.

Meet Tara

Life can get loud. Between work, family, and the constant busyness, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself, forgetting what makes you feel calm, grounded, and alive.

Tara helps people slow down and reconnect with who they are beneath the noise. In her sessions, Tara blends gentle energy work, mindful movement, and guided awareness to bring ease back to the body and the mind.

Tara is a Reiki Master Teacher, NLP Master Practitioner, Akashic Connector, and Spinal Energetics Practitioner but at the heart of it, her work is about helping you feel more like you again. Each session is a space to release what’s heavy, restore your natural balance, and remember your own light.

Because we all deserve the time and space to come home to ourselves.
