Join us for a peaceful retreat near Whitby, where meditation meets the beauty of SandAbout this EventWe are back at Sandsend for another weekend in 2026.Friday 24th April evening until Sunday 26th early afternoon.This year we start on the Friday evening at 19:00 to be greeted for the weekend and to step into our community with our first circle followed by a deeply relaxing EcoNIDRA (Nature meditation). Saturday we start the morning with a silent meditation or wander on the beach before breakfast. There will also be a planned embodiment workshop on Saturday monring and an exploration of the local area in the afternoon.This year we will venture in to the woodland of the Mulgrave Estate and explore one of the many trails that lead us to the old castle ruins and take in some Forest Therapy on route.
