Join Nicole, mom of 2 and Reiki practitioner, for this 3-week Mom and Baby Yoga mini series, designed to regain your strength and flexibility postpartum, including your pelvic floor muscles.

We will gather under a covered porch, surrounded by a backdrop of nature. Our series will encourage bonding with your baby and building your village of other like-minded mamas.

During this 3-week mini series, we will focus on the areas of the body most affected by pregnancy, birth & motherhood. We will also spend time doing a bit of "baby yoga", focusing on
developmental milestones, digestion, and overall wellness for your little one.

DETAILS

WHEN: Tuesdays from 11am - 12pm June 9-23 and/or July 28- Aug 18 (please note that there is no class on August 11, 2026)

WHERE: Outdoor Covered Porch
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: yoga mat, water and baby + everything you need for baby!

• Please bring a cushy blanket for baby to lay on/practice on each week

• WHAT TO WEAR: activewear or anything you can move your body in!

INVESTMENT: $78+hst for 3 weeks ($26/class)- Sign up for multiple mom and baby mini series and receive a 25% discount!
