Mantras possess power through their sound vibrations, which can positively influence physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Chanting mantras can promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve focus and concentration. Their power can be used in various ways: during meditation, to set intentions, or as affirmations to support a particular mindset, and connect with one's inner self and the divine. They can also be chanted in groups, amplifying the collective energy and fostering a sense of unity.
Join Kelley as we learn to exercise our voices for positivity and healing through the sacred practice of Mantra’s. And find out the who, what, where and when of Mantras, practice the bija – seed sounds and experience jappa and bhakti style mantras. Please dress comfortably, bring a meditation cushion if you wish, an open mind, open heart and willing voice!!!

Location: 185 Brock Street N., Unit #102B, Whitby (brown building on the south east corner of Brock Street and Mary Street. Parking and entrance are located behind the building. Entrance to the parking lot is off of Mary Street. My cell phone number is 905-447-1127 should you need assistance with directions – however once class has begun, I may be unavailable.
Registration: All workshops must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy: please note that cancellation is required no later than 72 hours prior to the workshop to receive a full reimbursement. Later cancellation may result in a 30% non-refundable fee.
