When someone is diagnosed with dementia, it affects everyone: the family, friends, and professional caregivers. The In person Dementia Tour® experience helps shed light on brain changes experienced by individuals living with dementia.FAQsWhat can I expect?Participants go through the Tour individually. To register, you will select a specific time slot. On arrival at your designated time you will be outfitted with gear that alters your senses (e.g., vision, hearing, touch) in order to experience some of the challenges faced by people living with dementia. You will have an opportunity to reflect on and talk about your experience. Please allocate approximately 60 minutes for the Tour.
