Hot Cocoa & Calm: A Christmas Meditation Retreat

As we come close to Christmas and wrap up the year, let us focus to calm our minds with meditation

What can meditation do for you?

It takes you to a place where you can retreat from the problems of the world and find peace and serenity. It helps you deal with the stress and anxiety of life.

Whether you are an experienced meditator or just a beginner, the session will strengthen your technique. Join us and take your practice to a new level. Half the class time is spent in meditation.

Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
