This is an exciting time for you to join our improved Mentorship Program. Our streamlined approach is specifically designed to support busy professionals and aspiring project managed like yourself.
We are continuing to offer the program over a shorter period of 10 weeks, with our next program starting on Saturday, October 5, 2019 and completion on Saturday, Dec 7, 2019.
There are 2 mandatory sessions:
Orientation: Sat. Oct 5, 2019 (9am-1pm)
Check In: Sat. Nov. 2, 2019 (9am-12pm)
What’s in it for you?
The focus for the coming Program will be on 3 items – Project Management Skills improvement, Career Development and growing your Leadership Skills. Specifically you may:
Increase your breadth of knowledge related to Project Management as you collaborate with committed peers. You will focus on PM Skills, emerging trends and strategies to be more effective.
Make a plan for your Career Development by including Networking and starting on targeted skills acquisition to make a change.
Plan to improve your Leadership skills by working to develop influencing skills, holding high stakes conversations, using governance models and establishing trust-based relationships.
Stay relevant and engaged - earn up to 11 PDU’s as you improve your effectiveness and build a career path.
Give back – be a Mentor to a new Project Manager
