Basically I’m all about finding the parts of ourselves, and the world around us that feel like home and allowing the essence of these things to cultivate rest, healing and expansion. Sound has been my life-long companion. It has been my safe place and my unwavering guide and has provided me with a space to explore and connect with the deepest nooks and crannies of myself in my simplest and most open form. It has given me time to slow down, to re-tune and shift. In this space I have found deep transformation and healing, creativity and intuition, which continues to bring me to a sense of belonging.
