Over the course of the evening, you’ll journey through the unique terroir of Lillooet, guided by the Fort Berens team as they share the triumphs, hardships, and sheer determination that go into each bottle.

This intimate dining experience will feature a multi-course menu created by Chef Julian Owen-Mold and the culinary team at Hilton Whistler, thoughtfully paired with Fort Berens wines to highlight the remarkable synergy between mountain-grown grapes and locally inspired cuisine.
