Our Yoga Nidra journey starts by finding a supportive position to receive and explore a place of deep rest with trace awareness.  Through these contemplative practices, we yoke the mind, body, and spirit to create release and deep relaxation. 
 
 
ABOUT YOUR TEACHER: Heidi teaches from a heart-centered space.  Her practices are grounding and supportive, with room to play.  You’ll find her hiking year round, cold dipping and shredding the mountain with her daughter as they mindfully live on the unceded lands of the Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh Lil̓wat7úl peoples. 
 
 
ABOUT THE CANDLES:
Island wild candle company hand pours in small batches using a Coconut and Soy wax blend.
Scented with essential oils and ignited with a non toxic wick to give a clean and natural burn.
Island wild was born on Hornby Island where we continue to create our products in Whistler.
Pouring each candle with the inspiration from the Ocean and Mountains.
Our vessels are a sturdy glass with a bamboo lid to seal airtight, locking in the aroma and keeping dust free when not in use.
We proudly are non toxic and use all natural ingredients.
 
Cost: $45 includes a sample-size candle to take home
