Take a moment to slow down and breathe!

Join us Saturdays, February 21 & 28 at 10:00 a.m. for a guided Breathwork session designed to help you relax, connect with yourself, and restore balance. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and follow easy Breathwork guidance—no experience needed.

With a compassionate, community-centered approach, Breathwork sessions are led by Nancy Haynes, who holds a Master's degree with over 27 years of trauma-informed wellness experience plus more than 15 years as a professional development training specialist. Breathwork supports you in taking an active role in releasing stress throughout your day.

Bring a mat or blanket/s, pillow, and anything that helps you relax lying down.

Registration required $35 for a relaxing Breathwork session up to 90 minutes.
