-- Please aim to arrive 10-15min early, if possible
-- Athletic clothes or swim wear work best
-- Bring towel, water, and sunglasses or hat (sun is surprisingly bright on the water in morning)
Easy loading onto paddle boards from the pool deck, fully guided class experience includes basic SUP info, gentle warm up, slow flow yoga, and floating savasana / deep relaxation. Lots of options and variations make class accessible ad valuable to folks of all experience levels. Plus, an extra 15 minutes to paddle the pool or swim after class!
