More details to come! 2026 Splashtacular Grand Prize Raffle Rules: 1. This raffle is being conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the West Virginia Tax Division. Easter Seal Rehabilitation Center, Inc., has been issued a valid limited raffle license under Account No. 2247-6133, to conduct this raffle. 2. The drawing will take place at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Wheeling Heritage Port, 1055 Water St., Wheeling, W.Va. The drawing also will be livestreamed on the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center Facebook page. 3. 1st ticket drawn wins the Yamaha Jet Blaster DLX. 2nd ticket drawn wins the 2 Kayaks + Gear, and 3rd ticket drawn wins the $1,000 Walmart gift card. Winners may be required to show ID that matches the name on the ticket stub. 4. Winners do not need to be present. Absent winners will be notified directly following the event using the phone number provided on their ticket stubs. 5. All prizes are transferable. 6. Winner of kayaks will need to take kayaks with them from the site that day. If they are not present, they will be called and asked to pick them up that day or make other arrangements. 7.
