This event is organized by Easterseals Rehabilitation Center, Augusta Levy Behavioral Services and Wheeling Nailers, with the incredible support of local advocate, David George. Encova Foundation of West Virginia is the title sponsor, and the event is made possible by the Oglebay Foundation and Wheeling Park Commission. ✨ What to Expect: Inclusive Skating for All: Whether you’re a seasoned skater or trying it for the first time, the rink will be open for everyone to enjoy with on-ice helpers and adaptive equipment. Free skate rental and free equipment to use! Resource Fair and Activities: Local businesses and organizations that serve families will be on-site offering resources. There will be activities such as face painting, inflatables, photo booths, video booths, treats, and MORE! (Most items are free, unless purchasing concession from the rink itself.) Sensory Room: If anyone feels overwhelmed and needs to wind down or get some energy out, we will have a sensory room set up and staffed by volunteers from Augusta Levy, A Day of Support & Advocacy: All three organizations work tirelessly to create an inclusive environment for all participants, and with the support of David George, we’re bringing the community together for a day of fun and unity!
