This is our region’s grand finale of the year — a night to celebrate, connect, and toast to an incredible year! We will celebrate the accomplishments of the top finishers in the various event disciplines over the past season. Share laughter, memories, new friendships, and an evening that sparkles from start to finish.
We will kick off the evening at 5:00 pm with cocktails, appetizers and live entertainment, followed by a five-course meal served at 7:00 pm alongside the 2025 Awards Presentation by our President, Dana Comolli.
When registering, please select your dinner choice (for yourself & your guest) and let us know who you would like to share a table with. Special dietary needs? Just note them in registration — we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
There are fabulous raffle prizes to meet all interests. Raffle prize tickets are only given to Chicago Region members in good standing and their co-member at the time of raffle ticket printing. You must be present to win!!
There are currently 25 rooms set aside at a group rate of $ 109 / night for a Single / Double, non-inclusive of taxes. The hotel will open additional blocks of rooms at the group rate as needed until November 28, 2025. After November 28, 2025, the hotel will accept reservations from attendees at the prevailing hotel rates subject to availability. We will open Club Registration for the 2025 Dinner and Awards Gala on October 1, 2025. Early Registration Bonus: Register by November 15, 2025 and your name will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary Deluxe One-Bedroom King Suite at the Westin Chicago North Shore the night of the Gala. The suite is a Deluxe one-bedroom king with connecting living room, dining & kitchenette areas
