We see them, we eat them, we love them. Now we are going to make them!  Our Gather & Graze Charcuterie Class will be taught by Sarah Marth owner of Flossie's Gather & Graze. Sarah has had a long career in education, currently completing year 27. Flossie’s Gather & Graze, a little over a year old, is a local charcuterie business that offers grazing tables, boards, cups, and onsite cart. The name was created out of love for Sarah's father. He always called her Flossie and he absolutely loved snacking and “grazing” all day. 
Join Flossie’s Gather & Graze for a fun, hands-on class where you'll learn how to create a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board. You'll discover simple techniques for arranging meats, cheeses, fruits, and spreads to create a board that looks impressive and is easy to recreate at home.  You will be creating a 12" charcuterie board that you will take home with you to enjoy.  The charcuterie board will feed approximately 4 people.  No experience necessary.  Grazing boards will be available for you to graze on as you work along with bottled water.  The class is for ages 16 and older as we will be using knives and other sharp kitchen utensils. The class is $60.00 per person and everyone attending must register and pay for the class.  The class is NON-REFUNDABLE.  Doors open at 5:45pm.  Class is approximately 2 hours. Products may differ from pictures shown due to pricing and availability of products.  Click on tickets in the event page to register.
